  a. Vandalism around pond

Discussed the vandalism around the pond and its impact and what action if any to take, inclusion of renters in welcome packet mailings, notification to the CWPOA Board of the vandalism, a letter to the Members regarding the incident, and resending the map and letter of March 13, 2004 (the map was inadvertently not sent). Board Action: Authorize appropriate signs for posting around the pond and include attached letter of notification along with original mailing in the next minutes mailing.
